Kite Kits For Kids is our community response project during the Covid-19 Pandemic. We are a cultural organisation however during this time of unprecedented change we adapted our outreach to develop a project to reach 100 families in Sunderland providing them with kits with blank kites, paints, brushes, instructions, and blank cards for our community to reach out to their loved ones who are socially isolated. This project has been funded by The National Lottery Community Fund.

Once Lockdown is over we will bring all those involved to a public space for a community kite fly.
