Join us for an insightful talk on the history of Mowbray Park, led by our lead facilitator Sarah Robson. Discover fascinating details about the park, such as its former allotments, and enjoy a complimentary hot drink. After the talk, we'll have an open discussion about your ideas and hopes for the future of Mowbray Park. This workshop offers a blend of history, community dialogue, and a chance to contribute to this project development.

We are pleased to announce that Kevin Johnson, Visiting Tutor in Landscape Architecture at Newcastle University and former Principal Landscape Architect at Sunderland City Council, will be joining us as a special guest speaker.

With a distinguished career spanning decades, Kevin has extensive experience in the design of public parks, open spaces, and play areas. His work has taken him across the UK and internationally, but much of his professional legacy is rooted in Sunderland. During his…
