About the event
Join us for an Oral History workshop that gives participants a voice in preserving Sunderland’s heritage. We’ll be collecting oral testimonies and memories of shops, businesses, and experiences from Blandford Street, Waterloo Place, and the High Street. This workshop, in collaboration with Art Matter Now, will record your stories to create online oral histories, ensuring that these valuable memories are captured for future generations to experience and learn from.
